Marius van Jaarsveld

Based in Calgary, Marius van Jaarsveld is a partner in Deloitte’s Consulting practice. He has 30 years of SAP experience and specializes in the design and delivery of largescale, multi-national transformation projects that are enabled by enterprise resource planning. He has delivered engagements in Canada, South Africa, Kazakhstan, Sierra Leone, Ukraine, Kenya, Namibia, and the USA.

Marius has been a partner in Deloitte since 2005 and has been part of the partnerships in Canada, South Africa, Russia and Kenya. Currently, he is the process lead partner on an enterprise wide transformation program at a Canadian oil and gas organization. The scope of this engagement is focused on the implementation of SAP S/4HANA with a broad scope of functionality. He brings in-depth experience in the different SAP releases from R/2 to S/4HANA, as well as a global network of trusted advisors that he utilizes when defining the optimal solution for the client given their unique requirements. Marius holds a degree in accounting and investment management from the University of Johannesburg and is part of the faculty at Deloitte University.
