Martin’s recent focus has been developing road maps for major transformations in social service for the Ontario Government, including development of its 10-year child welfare strategy, the transformation road map for adult developmental services, costing service provisions for developmental services, service standards forsocial housing, and strategic directions for provincial housing authorities.
