Martin Joyce

A highly experienced executive across government, non-government, and commercial sectors, including 13 years piloting our Human and Social Services practice across Australia and Canada, Martin leads teams undertaking transformational change and building growth agendas for organizations.

Martin’s recent focus has been developing road maps for major transformations in social service for the Ontario Government, including development of its 10-year child welfare strategy, the transformation road map for adult developmental services, costing service provisions for developmental services, service standards forsocial housing, and strategic directions for provincial housing authorities.
