As a passionate advocate for all things defence, security, and aviation, Michael is fixated on helping clients enable and drive change to maximize operational output and brings a deep understanding of the defence and security landscape.

A retired senior Royal Canadian Air Force officer, Michael has proven skills in change management, innovation, and policy development. He has significant experience working in Canada's North and with Aboriginal governance structures and in-depth knowledge of International Affairs and Canada-US military relations. His aviation expertise includes military aerospace operations planning and execution as well as airport management.
