Mitch Mercredi

Mitch leads a high priority area of our Nation Building Advisory practice, focusing on solutions related to land use, economic development, and natural resources to enhance economic prosperity and empower Indigenous Nations and businesses. With over 20 years of experience in the oil sector, he works with  large Indigenous corporations to help grow their businesses through  corporate strategic planning, negotiations, business development, procurement, and partnerships. A proud member of the Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation from Treaty 8 territory, Mitch has an executive MBA in Indigenous Leadership from Simon Fraser University.
