Mohamed Sheibani

Mohamed leads the Deloitte Family Enterprise team, working to bring the full breadth of Deloitte services to Family Enterprises, HNW Families and Family Offices. He specializes in personal and corporate taxation.

With more than 16 years of experience working with private companies and HNW clients, Mohamed has advised on a variety of domestic and international issues—including acquisitions and divestitures, alternative-financing arrangements, executive compensation, strategies for maximizing family wealth and community impact, and cross-border-company purchases and family-business moves.

Additionally, Mohamed has helped executives navigate pre- and post-IPO challenges, including concerns involving donations and tax efficiency.

Engaged with the community at large, Mohamed has also worked with the Ottawa Hospital Foundation and the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada as a tutorial leader for their In-Depth Tax Course–part 1 and as a group-study leader for their In-Depth Tax Course–part 2.
