Norma Kraay

Norma is the Managing Partner of Talent and a member of the executive team. Formerly the Canadian Transfer Pricing Leader in the firm’s Tax practice, her passion for building high-performing teams and leading complex business projects to deliver exceptional results guided her towards a new field. Now focused on positioning the firm as the top choice for talent, Norma oversees the Talent team’s strategic direction, leading the areas of advisory, acquisition, shared services, people analytics, inclusion, and employee experience. Norma is the Lead Tax Partner and Advisor to a select group of clients. She holds a BBA from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de Mexico (ITAM), the International Tax Certificate from Harvard Law School, and a masters in public administration from the Harvard Kennedy School.
