Responsible for Deloitte Operate’s sales and go-to-market activities, Patrick works with our business, industry, and offering teams to identify opportunities to extend our advisory and implementation services with Operate, ensuring we are well positioned to support clients in the value-capture phase of their most critical business initiatives. He also supports with crafting commercial constructs that provide benefits to clients throughout the full life cycle of their key initiatives. He identifies ways to enhance existing offerings and develop new ones in line with evolving market needs.
