Peter Graham

With over 25 years working in the public and private sectors, Peter Graham’s broad experience includes international development, housing and homelessness, labour relations, amateur sport, regional economic development, health care, and most recently, professional services. Peter has worked at the most senior levels of government, serving numerous cabinet ministers, presidents of agencies, and two Deloitte CEOs. Peter took on the role of Executive Sponsor for Deloitte Accessibility in 2021 and is accountable for delivering on Deloitte Canada’s commitment to people with disabilities as laid out in our AccessAbility Action Plan.

Peter is leading the building of a community of practice within Deloitte to support the full inclusion of people with disabilities at the firm, from sourcing and recruiting, onboarding, accommodations support, education and learning, corporate real estate, and digital accessibility. Peter is member of the firm’s management team within the Culture and People Office, where he leads Culture and Change, and is also the Culture and People Leader for Deloitte Management Services.
