Scott Streiner

Scott is a senior advisor with Deloitte. His areas of focus include public sector renewal, regulatory transformation, and transportation.

He joined Deloitte after serving for six years as chair of the Canadian Transportation Agency, where he spearheaded a comprehensive modernization of regulations and implementation of a risk- and data-based compliance assurance strategy. He was also vice chair of the OECD’s Network of Economic Regulators.

Scott, who has a PhD in political science and MA in international affairs, has extensive policy and administrative experience in the federal government. He has held senior positions in the Privy Council Office, Transport Canada, the Aerospace Review, the Labour Program, and the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency.
