Sébastien Blais

As the managing partner of Deloitte’s Consulting business in Canada and Chile, Sébastien is dedicated to building an innovation-focused practice that helps clients address their most complex issues. He leads a high-performing team of 3,500 leaders and professionals who are passionate about helping organizations shape their strategies, deliver their business transformations, and realize value on a sustained basis. He is also a member of both the Canadian Executive and Global Consulting Executive committees, which enables him to find the best global solutions for clients.

Based in Montreal, he has more than 20 years of experience guiding executives in various countries and industries through technology-enabled transformations. Passionate about client success, he puts their priorities first and brings value by not being afraid to respectfully challenge some of their assumptions with creative yet pragmatic ideas.

Outside the office, Sébastien is co-president of the Grand Bal des Vins-Coeurs of the Montreal Heart Institute Foundation, honorary patron of the Canadian Cancer Society’s Gala des Grands Chefs, a member of the United Way Major Donors Circle, and a member of the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal.
