Sylvia Rasic

Sylvia is a Partner and Senior Managing Director in Deloitte Corporate Finance, specializing in financial advisory services for mid-market clients. She has 14 years of investment banking experience and has been involved in numerous acquisition, divestiture, and financing transactions for private and public companies. Sylvia’s sector experience includes the manufacturing, engineering and construction, heavy equipment, mining, and automation industries.

Prior to rejoining Deloitte, Sylvia was a Managing Director with BMO Mid-Market Mergers & Acquisitions where she was involved sell-side and buy-side transactions. In addition, Sylvia spent over two years with BMO Capital Markets Investment & Corporate Banking, where she worked on several acquisition and equity financing transactions for the Metals & Mining and Technology sectors.

Sylvia is a CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) and graduated with an MBA/CA degree from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto and a BA (Finance and Economics) degree from the University of Western Ontario.
