Tara Van Zuiden

Tara is a partner based in Vancouver and leads Deloitte’s Workforce Transformation practice for Western Canada. She brings over 19 years of experience working with global organizations to develop and implement compelling and agile workforce strategies which enable change and unleash the potential of people.  She has worked across the financial and professional services, consumer, media and public sectors in the UK, Europe, US and Asia.  She is particularly passionate about how to enable organizations to identify and build future ready leaders and how to evolve talent practices to ensure sustainable, inclusive employee experiences which enable learning and growth.
