We supported a large Swiss based company with their US public listing. Management leveraged our deep experience in dealing with the US Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) to proactively anticipate and address the SEC hot topics upfront and lead the drafting of the IPO registration statement. This freed up management`s time to focus on the day-to-day running of the business.

We supported one of the largest industrial companies in Switzerland in the preparation of carve-out financial information. In addition to this we supported the implementation of a new finance target operating model including improved internal control systems and corporate governance, as well as strengthened tax and treasury structures.
