Britta Classen

As a partner at Deloitte Switzerland, Britta leads the Clients & industries team comprising Brand, Communications, Marketing, Insights and Business Development. In this role, she positions the firm as the preferred service provider for clients and strengthens Deloitte Switzerland’s reputation. As a client-centric partner, she also leads the Client Feedback Programme in Switzerland which regularly assesses the clients’ satisfaction. This helps Deloitte to strengthen relationships as well as identify areas for improvement and act upon feedback constructively. Britta also currently chairs Deloitte Switzerland’s Board Readiness Programme and provides strategic advice for the Executive Group at Deloitte Switzerland, handles crisis management and builds strategic alliances with sponsors and authorities to deepen Deloitte’s professional network.

Based in Deloitte’s Zurich office, Britta joined the firm in 2012. Prior she worked for over a decade in business development for another Big 4 Company and a strategy consulting firm in Silicon Valley.
