ChairmanChats@DeloitteChina #5: Women Leadership
Welcome to my 5th episode of ChairmanChats. As many of you know, Deloitte’s “4+1” Culture, courage, innovation, inclusion, wellbeing + integrity supports every aspect of the personal and career development of our people. “Inclusion” is one of the most important elements of our “4+1” Culture, which is why Deloitte formed the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Council in 2019. We recognize that diversity drives innovation and improves decision-making, and that our inclusion efforts are an enormous opportunity for the continued growth and improvement of our organization.
In this episode, I was honored to welcome our special guest, Cindy Yeung, Chairperson of Emperor Watch and Jewellery, to talk about her experience as a woman leader within a very male dominated industry, and how she overcame obstacles to become who she is today. Her personal story is truly inspiring, please watch the video.
