Last year, More than 11,000 respondents from 124 countries took part in shaping the 2018 Trends. The Trends charted “The rise of the social enterprise?and the growing imperative for organizations to actively engage with and listen to all stakeholders in their ecosystem—workers, customers, shareholders, business partners, and the community at large.
This year’s Trends survey is your opportunity to share your perspective as a member of the global human capital ecosystem and help drive the conversation about the workforce, the workplace, and the changing nature of work itself.
We invite C-suite executives, business leaders, and human resources professionals around the world to participate in this research.
