Life at Deloitte
Awards and recognition
Each of us at Deloitte is guided by our shared Purpose – to make an impact that matters. Our Purpose underpins all we do and the decisions we make. It pushes us to be better. And we can honestly say that we believe that the truest measure of Deloitte is not how big we are, where we operate, nor what services we offer—it’s the impact we make in the world.
We are honored to be recognized for making an impact that matters for clients, people, and society. Below are some of our recent awards from around the globe.

Accelerating gender diversity in leadership is a global priority – with a relentless focus on inclusion and interventions targeted at certain points of the career lifecycle. This is perhaps best illustrated by Deloitte Australia’s Inspiring Women program, which identifies and removes barriers to equality in the employee experience. From 2015 to 2019, representation of women on Deloitte Australia’s executive team increased from 15% to 38% and the percentage of female partners increased from 22% to 30%.
