Sustainability governance
- Assist in the formulation of a Sustainability Culture Transformation Plan, which will include recommendations for practical actions and changes that could be adopted by your organisation
- Design operating models and updated organisational structures, by also advising on the role of the Chief Sustainability Officer
- Establish and/or update codes of conduct, policies and procedures as well as performance evaluation tools
- Support in the formulation of a Sustainability Transformation Communication Strategy & Campaign
Integration of Sustainability into the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Identify and prioritise sustainability risks and opportunities
- Review existing RMF and update to incorporate risks associated with sustainability
- Stress testing - design and quantification of ESG events (incl. climate change) on organisation’s capital and/or liquidity position
- Assess potential synergies between Sustainability and ERM function
Materiality analysis

Regulatory Advisory
- Provide technical update training, including Board sessions, on climate change risks and other emerging issues, as well as any current and upcoming regulatory changes
- Provide ongoing regulatory advisory support and guidance in relation to sustainability matters, such as responding to ad-hoc client queries and providing updates in relation to latest sustainability-related regulatory developments
- Perform a gap analysis against EU regulatory requirements (MiFID II, SFDR, EU Taxonomy, CSRD, etc.) and other guidance issued from the regulatory authorities (ECB, EBA, ESMA or EIOPA)
- Design a remediation plan for addressing any identified gaps
- Provide support for the implementation of regulatory requirements, such as Loan Granting criteria
