Operational Restructuring
Identification of problem areas, proposal of key measures, objective evaluation of the adequacy of measures and proposal of a restructuring plan are a necessary prerequisite for a successful recovery process. We help our clients optimise production and sales planning and management, increase operational efficiency through process and cost structure analysis, release liquidity through improved cash flow and working capital management, rationalise product portfolio, rearrange supplier-customer relationships, optimise production assets or sell redundant assets. In the initial stages, we focus on identifying measures with a quick impact on cash flow, the so-called ‘quick wins’. Our services usually include the preparation of a negotiation strategy, documents and assistance in negotiations with stakeholders.
