Assurance is a part of Deloitte's auditing business, Audit & Assurance, and is established to support the transformation that companies' finance functions are undergoing these years. We are rapidly expanding in all our specialized areas and are therefore seeking colleagues with various profiles and backgrounds.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to explore various service areas within Assurance and build a toolbox that can support you throughout your career. Your work will allow you to contribute to the development of our clients, and you will collaborate with some of Denmark's most interesting companies. You will help develop leading practices, optimize financial processes, navigate regulatory landscapes and based on clients' needs, your skills, and your preferences, the focus of your tasks will vary within our service areas.

Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG)

Our mission is delivery of public trust to non-financial reporting and prevent greenwashing by delivering high quality ESG Assurance & Reporting Advisory. You will have the opportunity to make a positive difference for our clients on their ESG journey and get “behind the scenes” of some of Denmark's most interesting companies.

Board & Executive Advisory

Our team aspire to help boards and executive managements transition into a sustainable and resilient future. We focus on helping clients create sustainable value – financially, socially, and environmentally – so they can achieve undisputed leadership and maximize the impact of their company.

Automation and Data – Dynamic Offerings

We assist small and medium-sized customers with digitization, automation, data structuring, standardization, visualization, and reporting. Using digital tools, we provide both operational transformation of processes and the development of competencies for our customers’ employees.

Pension

Our brokerage team works to ensure clients the most optimal pension and health plans to optimize solutions for both employees and management, as well as to create a better overview and understanding of the importance of the right plans.

Actuarial, Risk & Advanced Analytics

We help life insurance companies, non-life insurance companies, companies with pension obligations and banks, with calculations, reviews and much more within actuarial, risk and advanced analytics. Some of our services are product development, statistical analysis, pricing, risk & capital management, managed services, M&A and IT.

Accounting Operations Advisory

In this team, the focus is on assisting finance functions in optimizing their financial processes and internal controls for financial reporting. Additionally, we help our clients fully leverage the technology available in the financial domain, primarily through ERP consulting and data analysis.

Accounting and Reporting Assurance

The focus of this team is to assist companies in handling accounting technical issues and improving their integrated reporting, as well as addressing matters related to transactions, IPO and capital market services, and ESG Assurance.

Assurance Offerings – Financial Service Industry

We provide regulatory and risk management advice to the entire Danish and Nordic financial sector. Our customers are investment companies, managers of alternative investment funds, insurance and pension companies, and financial institutions. We solve complex problems and navigate within financial regulation, market standards etc.

How do I apply?
You can browse our open positions on our job portal here. Once you have found the position you wish to apply for, please fill in your personal details in our application portal. Attach your motivated application, CV, and transcripts from your most recent and current studies.

What should my application include?
Your application should include all of what we do not learn about you from your CV and transcripts. This is where you can reflect on how you fit into Deloitte - and more importantly - how you fit into a position in assurance offerings. We want to know why you are interested in assurance offerings.

How is the application process?
After you submit your application, it is important that you complete your profile by attaching your CV, motivated application, and transcripts. Once all mandatory documents have been uploaded, you will receive a response to your application within two weeks.

If your profile is of interest, you will be invited to a personal interview where you will meet two recruiting consultants. They will tell you more about the position and what it means to work in assurance offerings at Deloitte. At the same time, we will learn more about you, your experience, and competencies so we can determine if a position is suitable. You will receive an answer on whether you have advanced in the process within four business days.

What educational background do I need?
If you have completed or are in the process of completing your master's degree, you can be considered. For those who need to pursue further education alongside their employment, our talent program ensures the best transition and start to your career.

Can I study while working with you?
Yes, you can. We make sure you are given the opportunity to study while you continue to work part time. It is important to us that you feel the effect of combining the practical with the theoretical, therefore we give you the opportunity to combine education and work.

What does the role entail?
