The programme prepares you both professionally andpersonally in order to give you the best starting point for your future role. Furthermore, the programme illustrates how the complexities and challenges the CFO faces are also what makes the role exciting and fun.

Program
The Next Generation CFO Academy consists of two sessions over a period of two months. Following your participation in the programme you are invited to join our exclusive Alumni Network consisting of participants from previous years.

Who is the academy for
The Next Generation CFO Academy is exclusively for those participants, nominated by their current Group CFO, who:

• Are recognised as having the capability and aspiration to become a Group CFO within the next two to five years (either as a successorto the incumbent or in another company); or
• Have recently been appointed (or are acting) as a Group CFO andhave taken up the role or are about to commence in the role; or
• Are the existing CFO or a large private company or organisationthat has significant external stakeholders (e.g. private equityowned companies or public bodies).
