Deloitte’s future-focused Next Generation CHRO Academy helps participants prepare to meet tough business challenges head-on with readiness and confidence, and to gain a better understanding of personal leadership strengths and development opportunities.

Through interactive sessions, led and informed by HR and business leaders, learning and development specialists, and current CHROs, this program is designed to prepare senior HR executives for the road ahead by developing key capabilities to take on the CHRO role. The curriculum includes small team sessions, electives, and simulated board presentations covering topics such as:

This is an exclusive, invitation-only event for future C-suite HR executives. An average of 10-20 high performing senior technology executives make up each Academy class. Space is intentionally limited to one participant per company and small classroom sizes to enhance the learning experience and promote deep relationships among high-performing peers.
