The DTTL network refers to Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL), which is a UK private company limited by guarantee and its network of member firms and their respective affiliates, predecessors, successors and representatives as well as the partners, management, owners, directors, managers, employees, subcontractors and agents of all such entitites operating under the names of “Deloitte”, “Deloitte & Touche”, “Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu” or other related names. The member firms of the network are legally separate and independent entities, and – unless otherwise expressly stated – they have no liability for each other’s acts or omissions.
Deloitte is a member of the Danish trade organisation of auditing, accounting, tax and corporate finance, FSR – danske revisorer.

Registration for an event on Deloitte’s website is purchased either directly through Deloitte or via a link to one of Deloitte’s business partners.

If you are redirected to a business partner’s website or if you contact the business partner directly for purchase, you agree terms with the partner in accordance with the partner’s terms of business. You are therefore urged to read the partner’s terms of business carefully before you place an order or accept the terms. With respect to the events on Deloitte’s website, Deloitte is only deemed an intermediary of the offering and is not liable under the agreement as a party, unless otherwise provided by mandatory provisions of law.

The terms below only apply if registration for an event is purchased directly through Deloitte’s website without redirecting to the website of a business partner, if any, and without the business partner being contacted otherwise.

Acceptance
When registering for an event via Deloitte’s website, you accept these general terms.

Payment
Prices are indicated in Danish kroner (DKK), just as payment must be made in Danish kroner, including VAT.

Payment is usually made by debit or credit card via the payment service provider DIBS. Card information entered will be encrypted and directly forwarded to the bank via a secure connection. Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard and American Express can be used for payment. The purchaser will not be charged a fee in accordance with Nets/Teller.

Deloitte can never withdraw a greater amount than what has been approved. The money is withdrawn upon acceptance/registration for events purchased on Deloitte’s website, unless otherwise stated in the description of the specific event.

Delivery
Immediately after registering for an event, you will receive an email conforming your registration as well as an invoice stating how much you paid for the service.

The date and time of the events are indicated in the individual descriptions.

Right of cancellation
You have a 14-day right of cancellation when you register for a Deloitte event. The cancellation period runs from the day the agreement is concluded and to the extent that the event is not held within these 14 days. The deadline expires once the service is delivered/the event has been held.

In practice, this means that you retain your right of cancellation while the planning of an event is ongoing provided that there upon registration are more than 14 days until the event takes place. If you have agreed that the work or the planning (delivery) can be commenced, and if you subsequently still wish to use your right of cancellation, you need to be aware that Deloitte will charge an appropriate payment for the work that has already been delivered.

Within 14 days of concluding the agreement, you need to notify Deloitte that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by directly contacting the person responsible for the specific event, cf. the description on the registration site for the specific event. In the notification, you need to explicitly state that you wish to use your right of cancellation.
