Axcel was founded in 1994 and is a Nordic capital fund focusing on medium-sized companies with a wide range of Nordic and international investors. As a financial company, Axcel is subject to diverse and often complex legislation, which places great demand on their employees' knowledge within best practice, latest trends, and supervisory practices, etc.

Axcel sought assistance to handling several parts of the company's compliance related work. We came on board and had the pleasure of advising through an agreement on partial outsourcing in the area of ​​compliance. This means that compliance tasks are carried out in a collaboration between Axcel and Deloitte, and that we assist in conducting compliance checks to ensure that Axcel complies with relevant legislation.
