Blue Capital was founded in 2010 with the aim of creating a platform with the opportunity to offer Danish investors the best direct real estate investment in the market. We started advising Blue Capital on a smaller project back in 2015 and have since increased our delivery of services in line with Blue Capital's needs and growth.
Today, we have the pleasure of assisting with a wide range of services within advising, issuing auditor's statements and auditing, where we, among other things, ensure credibility in accounting and budgeting, as well as provide VAT and tax advice on mixed-use leases.
In addition, we have assisted the owners with a successful generational handover.
