A digital innovation journey

Dansk Plast produces large plastic items for production technology industries, e.g. drinking water tanks and supply pipes. Since its establishment in 2013, the company has served numerous satisfied customers, which is primarily due to the fact that it is within all employees' DNA to do everything they can to think outside the box, meet the customer's challenges at eye level and find the best and most innovative solution for the individual client.

The innovative mindset is consistent with all the company's processes, and therefore it was only natural to use Deloitte's digital collaboration platform, DeloitteDirect, when Dansk Plast in 2019 chose Deloitte as auditor and advisor. With DeloitteDirect, Dansk Plast can continue its innovative journey and support their internal processes with a digital tool.

“In DeloitteDirect, I get a really good overview of what I have to hand in in connection with the annual report. It works so well that I can upload documents directly into the system and I can take the tasks along the way so that the process becomes more dynamic for me. I can write comments on every single task so the auditor is notified, which ensures me that Deloitte gets my comments without me having to remember to send an email or mention it the next time we meet.

In addition, it is easy for me to delegate the tasks between us here at Dansk Plast, and in this way Deloitte can also see who they should contact regarding the individual deliveries. If I have doubts about how we did last year, I can always go back to previous years' work plans and documents and see what we handed in there.”
