The client is a leading installation contractor in Denmark. The client had implemented a new Enterprise Resource Planning system, which was still in “hypercare” and they struggled with realising the expected benefits.
We came on board and conducted workshops and assessments to analyse the client’s current usage of the ERP-system, with the aim of pointing out potential improvements. We assisted on implementing key controls in the ERP system to strengthen the control framework, and replaced manual steps with ERP automation for processes with high transaction volume. Finally, it enabled an objective decision for the future of the ERP system.
