Professional and personal development

MENU is a Danish design brand that has been using the skills of top designers and craftsmen around the world since 1978 to create modern furniture, lighting and accessories with the aim of connecting the dots between home, work and hospitality; so-called Connected Spaces.

In 2018, MENU was purchased by a Danish equity fund. In this connection, there is often a special focus on effective financial management and strategy. Mikkel Bredmose, CFO of MENU, was a participant in Deloitte's CFO360 course in 2018. The purpose of this program is to focus on the development of the finance function and to equip the CFO for the tasks through cases in many areas, such as personal development, optimization and exit processes. In addition to the academic aspect, the desire of the CFO360 program is to give participants a unique opportunity to network with like-minded CFOs. The CFO360 runs over a year of quarterly meetings, including an inspiration trip to London.

"It was incredibly rewarding both personally and professionally with the people you met, the inputs you received, the cases you heard about, and not least the exchange of experiences it gave rise to. Today I use the network I've been given to be able to sparre and discuss; a relevant network to contact when needed
