Best in class with compliance

Navigare is a Danish capital fund that invests in ships in various shipping segments. Our collaboration with Navigare began in early 2019, and we have since consulted on and developed a 360-degree compliance check for Navigare.

The compliance check was organized on the basis of Navigare's desire to be best in class in the compliance area, as well as to ensure that the company's internal procedures, etc. had been updated in accordance with the latest requirements and practices of the Financial Supervisory Authority. The compliance check resulted in a report containing a summary of our observations and recommendations, including improvement suggestions in relevant areas.

Navigare has been assessed whether they comply with relevant financial legislation and advice on what constitutes best practice in similar companies in addition to an external perspective on whether the company complies with the latest requirements and practices of the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority.
