Data-driven decisions provides growth to the municipality

The Municipality of Ringkøbing-Skjern is, in terms of acreage, Denmark's largest municipality with approx. 1,500 square kilometres, but with just 57,000 inhabitants. Despite a modest size of population, the municipality is an expert in attracting jobs and houses a large number of global companies.

We have had the pleasure of advising the Municipality of Ringkøbing-Skjern for almost a decade. The collaboration has included annual audits and financial analyzes covering everything from the analysis of the financial functions to an analysis of the individual welfare areas, as well as an airport project. In addition, Ringkøbing-Skjern has, among other things, completed a development course on data-driven analyzes in partnership with us, which has established a better foundation for making the right decisions in financial and performance management.

Today, the Municipality of Ringkøbing-Skjern experiences the benefits of professional sparring in the business and welfare areas. We look forward to embarking on a new decade as a trusted advisor to the municipality - and hopefully many more years to come.
