A symphony of nature and technology
Spejder Sport is the first and largest chain of shops selling outdoor clothing in Denmark. They are driven by a philosophy that the right gear makes a difference when nature shows its teeth, which is why producing outdoorsy clothing and equipment is their utmost passion.
However, like many other businesses, Spejder Sport faced the reality of relying on an old IT-system that no longer matched their needs. A digital transformation was afoot, and we came on board to provide sparring and inputs to the Steering Group on the initiation of this project. Ultimately, we had the opportunity to provide input on best practice on vendor selection process, along with participating in final vendor negotiations.
Through a structured and documented approach in a lean process with minimum involvement from external advisors, Spejder Sport wound up selecting the vendor and solution that fitted their company.
