Frequently asked questions

How do I apply?
You can browse our open positions on our job portal here. Once you have found the position you wish to apply for, please fill in your personal details in our application portal. Attach your motivated application, CV, and transcripts from your most recent and current studies.

What should my application include?
Your application should include all of what we do not learn about you from your CV and transcripts. This is where you can reflect on how you fit into Deloitte - and more importantly - how you fit into an auditing position. We want to know why you are interested in auditing.

How is the application process?
After you submit your application, it is important that you complete your profile by attaching your CV, motivated application, and transcripts. Once all mandatory documents have been uploaded, you will receive a response to your application within two weeks.

If your profile is of interest, you will be invited to a personal interview where you will meet two recruiting auditors. They will tell you more about the position and what it means to work in auditing at Deloitte. At the same time, we will learn more about you, your experience and competencies so we can determine if a position is suitable. You will receive an answer on whether you have advanced in the process within four business days.

In the final stage of the recruitment process, you will be invited to a second interview or assessment day. At an assessment day, you will meet other candidates and work on a case together. You will be guided through the case by our auditors, and the primary focus will be on your professional knowledge, presentation skills, and ability to interact with clients. You will receive an answer on whether we wish to offer you a position within four business days.

What educational background do I need?
If you have completed or are in the process of completing an upper secondary, academy, bachelor's or master's degree, you can be considered. Regardless of your level of education, you can become part of Deloitte's audit business. You will be part of our talent program, which ensures the best transition and start to your career - for graduates and those who need to pursue further education alongside their employment.

Can I study while working with you?
Yes, you can. If you do not join us as a graduate, it is in fact part of your employment with us that you continue your education along the way. We make sure you are given the opportunity to study an HD and later a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration and Auditing part-time while you continue to work. It is important to us that you feel the effect of combining the practical with the theoretical, therefore we give you the opportunity to combine education and work.

Some also continue studying after graduation. As an auditor, you can study to become a state-authorized auditor, a special auditor education. But it is not required.

What does the role entail?
An auditing position can look very different depending on where you are in your career. Whether you have an upper secondary or master's degree, whether you have limited or a great deal of experience. Your tasks will be tailored to you and your profile. But one thing is common to all - we aim to develop you to your full potential.

What is it like to work at Deloitte?
At Deloitte, we want you to achieve your true potential. That means having high expectations of each other and our work. But that does not mean you cannot be yourself. We are passionate about making room for each other, because we believe this creates the best conditions for teamwork, which goes hand in hand with quality.

Do you take on interns?
Yes, we do. Our internship period starts every year in January and lasts approximately 3-6 months depending on your studies. The internship is full-time and takes place during our status season, where we always have exciting and educational assignments. We open for applications in the spring, the year before you start. Please contact our recruitment coordinator at talent@deloitte.dk if you apply late.
