What we look for

You are about to finish your master’s degree from either a business school, a tech university or a university (e.g economics) as one of the best in your class (top 5%). Potentially, already gained strategy consulting experience from a top-tier management consulting firm.

You possess a mix of strong analytical skills, a structured way of thinking, and a winning personality. As a person, you are honest, courageous, and curious.

The interview process

Our interview process consists of three elements:

  • Four personal interviews split over two day
  • A reasoning test
  • A personality test

The interviews will give you the opportunity to learn more about Monitor Deloitte and for us to learn more about you – your motivation and interests.

You will be introduced to a written case and several oral cases during the four interviews.

From time to time, we host a two-day boot camp where you will have the opportunity to meet many of our consultants and talk with them about life as a consultant at Monitor Deloitte.
