1. S/4HANA Labs

During our lab for SAP S/4HANA® finance, supply chain and technology executives and stakeholders get the opportunity to engage with Deloitte problem-solvers to address specific functional and process issues and start working toward value. We call these experiences Labs because they bring together the disciplines of design thinking, behavioral economics, psychology, neuroscience, analytics, and innovation theory to promote experimentation in a controlled environment. The S/4HANA Lab key focus areas are:

a. Identify current pain points

b. Identify possible adoption path(s)

c. Explore new opportunities with S/4HANA and new Digital components such as SAP Leonardo and other Cloud components

2. S/4HANA pre-analysis
The more extended pre-analysis, as compared to the Lab approach, is taking a further deep dive on functionality and technology to assess the new opportunities that SAP Digital Core and Cloud platform offers. The purpose of the pre-analysis is;

a. to develop a high level functional and technical scope,

b. to identify and assess the qualitative benefits in order to make sure that the process is not just an technical exercise, but that the S/4HANA technology is utilized. This will be delivered in the form of a business case,

c. to gain an understanding of your organizational readiness to move to S/4HANA,

d. to analyze the roadmap and cost to getting there and create a tactical roadmap for preparation projects.

We can tailor the pre-analysis to include the above-mentioned Labs as well as fit it to your organizational needs based on scope and effort.

3. Design and implementation
