Axel Harild Friis

Axel is a Director in the Deloitte Transfer Pricing team at Deloitte and has more than 10 years of transfer pricing experience. Axel has been involved in all areas of transfer pricing with a focus on operational transfer pricing and policy design, business model optimisation, restructuring projects and valuation analysis. He is involved in global transfer pricing documentation projects, MAP and APA-applications and planning and handling transfer pricing audit defences for domestic and foreign multinationals. Axel has extensive experience within the field of transfer pricing related M&A due diligence processes and leads all transfer pricing related M&A projects.
