Adam Norsker

Adam is partner and M&A responsible with Monitor Deloitte in Denmark. He focuses on both industry and PE-owned companies. His  work stretches from buy-side advice (CDD and buy-side strategic development) to portfolio company development (growth and margin improvement) and sell-side development (VCDD and full-potential studies).

On top of industry experience, Adam has 13 years of management consulting experience working with both industry players as well as Danish and international PE funds. During his consulting life, he has worked across a wide spectrum of sectors – including retail banking, medtech, software/tech companies, transport and aviation, as well as industrial and manufacturing companies.

His classical strategic value-capture approach focuses on identifying the most critical levers that drive enterprise value. An approach which Adam teaches internally with Deloitte, and to clients as well.
