Christina is a Partner at Deloitte and leads the Danish Human Capital practice. She has more than 20 years of experience within organisational design, development, and transformation from consulting as well as from the industry.

She provides expert advise to senior executives on business design and transformation, change leadership and people engagement, as well as talent and leadership development.
