Kathrine von Grumbkow

Kathrine is a result-oriented leader with extensive and in-depth compliance and risk management experience. She has worked 20 years with and in various financial institutions where she has developed, implemented, and maintained risk and compliance functions, methods, and frameworks.

Kathrine supports companies in developing risk and compliance frameworks, driving regulatory implementation projects, and in managing projects and stakeholders.

As a Strategic Risk and Compliance leader Kathrine specializes in advising clients on Risk Management, Operational Resilience, strategic group wide projects, Regulatory Compliance, and Supervisory Activities. This includes impact and gap assessments, program development, framework design, implementations, and transformations. Kathrine represents FSI Risk and Compliance in Deloitte’s Nordic DORA Collaboration Group, which ensures alignment and best practice experience from across the Nordics.

Kathrine also has extensive experience in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, both internally and externally in large financial institutions and is known for her ability to create trust, engagement, and subsequent clear and tangible results.
