Lars Nygaard Bertelsen

Lars is head of CFO Services, Deloitte Consulting in Jutland and Funen with approximately 60 consultants, offering consultancy services to CFOs and finance functions in both private and public companies and organisations. 
Lars is a committed advisor with a special focus on offering high-end interim services to our clients. He has strong skills in optimising and streamlining finance functions, developing roadmaps for finance excellence, driving performance (increased earnings), strategic development, strategic outsourcing of finance functions as well as management information and reporting.

Furthermore, Lars has strong management capabilities and wide experience in finance organisation and strategy, finance transformation, finance business partnering and in acting as a trusted advisor to CFOs.

Lars also takes an active part in networking both within and outside of Deloitte; he drives Network for CFOs and teaches at Deloitte’s in-house training programme.
