Mathias er Nordisk Market Offering Lead for Deloitte’s ServiceNow-ydelser. Mathias har 13 års erfaring med at levere teknologidrevne transformationsprojekter fra mere end 150 kundeengagementer fra 50 forskellige internationale kunder og er internationalt anerkendt ServiceNow ekspert. Han har indgående erfaring inden for kundeservice- og sagshåndteringssystemer, IT Service Management, Global Business Services, Risk Management-systemer og applikation portfolio management. Hans arbejde har primært været fokuseret på IT/teknologi, Den offentlige sektor samt Financial Services.

With 13 years of experience in delivering technology-driven transformation projects across more than 150 client engagements from 50 different international clients, Mathias is an internationally recognized ServiceNow expert. He possesses extensive experience in customer service and case management systems, IT Service Management, Global Business Services, Risk Management systems, and application portfolio management. His work has predominantly focused on IT/technology, Public sector and Financial Services sectors.
