Maria Louise Johansson serves as management advisor to Risk Advisory on HR and talent issues. Being a trusted advisor in all HR matters is the objective of driving the implementation of strategic talent initiatives decided and designed nationally and locally. Maria is also responsible for planning and executing the annual HR cycle in the business unit through professional advice and for implementing selected processes regarding the employee life cycle, which is also a vital element of Maria’s role.
