Core client issues include customer segmentation, omni-channel strategy, business model innovation, and optimization of the sales and marketing function.
With more than a decade in consulting Martin, has worked across a number of industries including pension and insurance companies, global service providers, and energy companies. Now, Martin has his primary focus in consumer and industry products, including clients in the fashion, luxury and apparel industries, furniture for home and living, as well as construction and industrial equipment.
