Alexander T. J. Hartmann

Alexander Hartmann joined Deloitte Legal in October 2021 as a lawyer in the Corporate / M&A service line and advises German and international companies on commercial and corporate law, capital markets law and M&A transactions.

He studied law at the University of Leipzig with a focus on commercial and corporate law as well as M&A law.

Alexander Hartmann completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg with stations at the Chamber for Commercial Matters at the Regional Court of Hamburg, in the Economic and Judicial Policy Department of the Hamburg Parliament as well as at law firms in Hamburg and Frankfurt specialised in venture capital and private equity.

He speaks German and English.
