Dr. Christian M. Beuck

Dr Christian Beuck joined Deloitte Legal Hamburg in December 2020 as a lawyer in the department Corporate/ M&A. He advises German and international clients from various industries – but also shareholders, board members and family offices – on commercial and corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and contract law.

Dr Beuck was admitted to the bar in 2010. His expertise covers all stages of M&A transactions, the choice of the appropriate corporate form, company formations, capital measures, (cross-border) transformations and reorganisations/ restructurings as well as company agreements and VC investments. Dr Beuck also advises on corporate governance and compliance issues as well as on contract law and private international law and civil procedure law.

Before joining Deloitte Legal, Dr Beuck worked for many years in renowned commercial law firms.

He speaks German and English.
