Christoph Meves is Counsel at Deloitte Legal in the Düsseldorf office and is a member of the Corporate/M&A service line. He advises German and international companies on M&A transactions and restructurings as well as on all corporate law issues, with a focus on limited liability companies and listed stock corporations. In addition, he is active in the area of legal technology to utilize new technical solutions for both our clients and Deloitte Legal.
Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, Christoph Meves worked for an international British law firm in Düsseldorf, where in addition to his traditional legal work he worked on introducing digital tools.
Christoph Meves is admitted to the German bar. He studied in Passau, Freiburg im Breisgau and Hanover and speaks German and English.
