David Gaida

David Gaida joined Deloitte Legal in 2022 as an Associate and Attorney-at-law in the Banking and Finance team. He advises German and international clients on banking and regulatory law.

David Gaida graduated in law from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt. During his studies, he took the university specialization in tax law.

During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt/Main he worked at the tax office in Frankfurt in the controlled foreign corporation rules area and in the administration office of the finance committee of the German Bundestag. Furthermore, during his legal clerkship, he worked for a large international law firm in the banking and the tax team.

David Gaida speaks German, English and Polish.
