Georg Lehmann

Georg Lehmann specialises in Corporate Law and M&A. Besides rendering legal advice in M&A transactions (buy-side, sell-side) to national companies and multinational clients of virtually all industries, Georg focusses on the entire range of Corporate Law with a specific emphasis on national and cross-border corporate reorganizations and Corporate Compliance. Estate Planning and Corporate Succession advice (Unternehmensnachfolge) for large and mid-sized, family owned businesses is another core area of Georg’s expertise. Following the traineeship in a German bank, Georg Lehmann studied law at the University of Trier. He was admitted to the bar in 1996, and started his career as a lawyer in a Corporate Law boutique before joining Deloitte Legal (Raupach & Wollert-Elmendorff) in 2000. He became a partner in 2003.
