Dr. Julia Sierig, LL.M. (Chula, TH)

Dr. Julia Sierig joined Deloitte Legal in 2006 and is an employment partner based in Stuttgart. She gives legal advice on all aspects of employment law and has special expertise in all employment law matters related to restructurings, outsourcings and company turnarounds. Julia Sierig has more than 12 years of experience in all areas of German employment law and advises both international and national clients on all employment law topics. In particular, Julia Sierig advises enterprises, executive bodies as well as managers and has been involved in advising on numerous group, company and business unit reorganizations, outsourcings, (mass) redundancies and acquisitions (M&A transactions) with the aim of optimizing and/or solving all employment law matters involved. Further, her special practice areas include employment law consultancy in the context of the drafting and optimization of contracts, temporary employee leasing matters, the insolvency-related labor law as well as the representation in court in the context of labor litigation. Before joining Deloitte Legal, Julia Sierig worked with an employment law boutique law firm in Berlin. Julia Sierig speaks both German and English.
