Lara has joined Deloitte Legal in 2018 and is based in Duesseldorf. She is a member of the service line Commercial.
Lara provides legal advice to domestic and international clients in the fields of trade and distribution, IP, commercial as well as contract law. Her main areas of expertise comprise the drafting and negotiation of commercial transactions as well as complex commercial contracts (e.g. agency agreements, distribution systems, e-commerce). Lara also advises clients in M&A transactions with regard to commercial and civil law as well as IP aspects concerning the targets’ business operations. Moreover, she is regularly involved in restructuring of group companies by drafting inter-company agreements in cooperation with transfer pricing.
