Senior Associate
Leonie Scharwächter joined Deloitte Legal in 2019 and is part of the Service Line Employment Law & Benefits. Besides advising national and international companies across various industries on all areas of individual and collective labor law, she is involved with the design and implementation of remuneration systems in regulated and non-regulated business sectors (including company pension schemes). Leonie also acts as a speaker on external and internal events and as an author of scientific publications on these topics.
Before starting her career at Deloitte Legal, Leonie Scharwächter studied law in Münster and completed a supplemental law related language training for lawyers in Spanish. During her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court Hamm, Leonie worked as a Research Associate in the department HR Guidelines & Labor Law at a globally operating enterprise within the construction supply sector in Bielefeld, where she was mainly concerned with collective labor law issues.
Leonie speaks German, English and Spanish.
